This place has the best Jewish food around and is a direct tie to my childhood...they make the chicken and vegetable soup just like grandma did...in sum..we are lucky to have this take-out place in marine park. You could never go wrong at tov!

Tiny, take out kosher Jewish food spot. They used to have 1-2 small tables to eat your awesome sandwich & kugel at. The health dept said they are not licensed for eat-in, tho, so they sadly had to remove it. Great brisket sandwiches & great sides.

The line are always around. the corner. The food is delicious. Best way is to call ahead and order. I did that for years. They didn't use to take credit cards but I believe now maybe they do. When it's not busy you can sit down at the one table in the back. Everything is always fresh! Also they are just nice people. Before Covid when my grandkids were young they were hungry and stopped in and told them they were hungry, had no money but their (Bubbi) grandma would come back and pay. So they got served the soup. hey ate, said thank you and left. The following week after they told me what they did, I went in and paid the bill. He seemed to not even have remembered and told me he didn't realize they were my grandkids. lol True story. I'm a loyal customer. Not paid a cent for this review. I wish they would deliver.

Delicious kosher food at reasonable pricing with truly friendly service-although they do not accept credit cards, the selection of quality items and customer service makes this our $1 take-out for great food

Reliable, tasty, fresh cooked food; they need to remain in business for our neighborhood.

I usually cook for the holidays. Not necessary after finally using this place. Leftovers are also great. Everyone enjoyed. I'll be back. Worth every penny and not overpriced for sure. Thank you everyone at Tov U'mai Tiv. You are great!
